Returns & Exchanges

At Noggin Boss, we want you to love your oversized headwear, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Noggin Boss gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
